Welcome to my Club

So this was just something I wanted to do for fun. After working on this for a few days and having help from some friends I finally finished it.

This is my Joker look in a game called APB (All Points Bulletin) and the idea of Batman villains running the city through gangs. There's a long story I have for this idea but I think it would be fun to do.

The scene here is Joker sitting in his club called The Circus, which he owns in a way where his name isn't in the title but Harley owns. It's a strip club where she also runs a Prostitution ring. Joker runs a drug ring of like LSD like drugs.
